• Listening Sesssions

    REEF's closed-door listening sessions provide rare opportunities to mobilize peer-knowledge sharing and foster active engagement around proactive refrigerant management by bringing together industry leaders who don’t often get to sit around the same table.

    Listening sessions are off-the-record, participant-driven, and solutions-focused. In 2025, REEF held sessions in SF (June) and NYC (September), convening 11 corporate leaders to understand hidden challenges and brainstorm strategies for effective refrigerant management. Participants voiced frustrations, flagged opportunities in order to surface shared demand signals that inform the HVAC industry, generate market demand, and direct supportive policies.
